Shipping & Delivery 

Orders will be processed 1-2 business days after cleared payment or funds are received by our credit department. Shipping and handling is based on region. We currently only ship to United States customers, however if you would like to order please email or call us for International Orders. We ship UPS Ground, for almost all orders. Samples will be shipped via USPS based on weight. Expedited shipping is available for a fee. In any event, we will provide a tracking number and confirmation email for processed orders. Our customer service representatives will gladly assist you in walking through an order.

UPS Ground

2-8 day delivery based on region. UPS ground service with complete tracking information. Ground service delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed and credit is confirmed. Transit times vary depending on your UPS shipping zone. Destinations on the west coast can take 2-3 days while central and east coast destinations can generally take 4-8 days in transit. USPS

2-8 day delivery based on region. USPS First Class, Priority services with complete tracking information. USPS service delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed and credit is confirmed. Transit times vary depending on your USPS shipping zone. Destinations on the west coast can take 2-3 days while central and east coast destinations can generally take 4-8 days in transit. Priority Mail generally takes 3 Business Days for faster shipments. UPS 3 Day Select

3 day delivery for orders before our cut off time  9 AM the same day. UPS ground service with complete tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. UPS provides in transit scan updates and scheduled delivery date information.

UPS 2nd Day Air

2 day delivery for orders before our cut off time  9 AM the same day. Delivery days start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. To calculate delivery time, add 1-2 days processing time and 2 days transit time from the day the order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. UPS provides in transit scan updates and scheduled delivery date information.

1 business day delivery for orders before our cut off time 10 AM the same day. Delivery days start within 1 business day. Please note that any requests to remove or update your contact information may take up to ten days for your email request and 1-2 weeks to process your postal mail request.

Protecting Children 

DALIX.COM takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our web sites are general audience sites. We do not permit anyone under the age of 13 to register with us. We also do not send email correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13.

Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any contact information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children's online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to supervise children's access to the web.

Returns & Replacements

Your Satisfaction is Our #1 Concern 

We are all about our customers. DALIX.COM understands the importance of keeping good customer relations. Manufacturer defects do not include items damaged through normal wear and tear. We offer samples and design our products so that you can give the final say in whether or not to proceed with creating your order. If products are unused and blank (this means that there was no custom imprint or embroidery) then we have a 14 day money back guarantee as long as the items are unused and have the original packaging intact. Shipping is Non-Refundable and a 20% restocking fee will incur for any orders that are not manufacturer defective or due to an incorrect listing details on the website. We inforce a strict policy and would not change this for any customer. Thank you.

Ordering 

DALIX.COM thanks you for ordering through our friendly website. In order to verify and process your order, we have to make sure that credit cards and processed payments are cleared before manufacturing or shipping. An order email confirmation will be sent from DALIX.COM within 10-15 minutes of placing an order. It will take 24-48 hours to process this order. Please contact a Customer Service representative if you feel this email was not sent within this time. If you chose expedited shipping, either UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, or UPS Worldwide Expedited, please be aware that the shipping days do not include the time needed for credit verification.So please adjust and organize your expectations accordingly.

Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day with a cut off time of 8:00 AM PST. Orders placed after 8:00 AM PST will not begin processing until the following business day. A business day counts as a full 24 hour day after the order was placed, and are only Monday thru Friday.

To prevent fraud, if you provide information that does not match the information held by your credit card company, your order will be flagged by our system with a security review alert, and we will notify Authorize.net and our merchant processing center. This is to protect the interests of all customers. We will not process any orders that do not go  through this review and check. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

DALIX.COM accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Money Order, Personal and Business Checks, as well as Wire Transfers.

If it appears that you have been charged twice, please do not worry. We only charge your card once upon shipment. What you see as a “double charge” on your statement is called a “pre-authorization”—a common bank practice in handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. If there is a double charge, we will definitely get into contact with you about why you ordered twice and make sure before we send out a shipment to you. Sometimes, you may click twice on order confirmations and it will trigger the system to order twice. When an order is placed, our system automatically authorizes your card for the purchase amount. Pre-authorization shows as a second charge, but it is actually a pending transaction that we do not debit from your account. The authorization amount automatically clears once the purchase debit clears. How long that takes depends on the issuer of your credit card.

We currently offer price comparison shopping on a case by case basis, please call customer service if you find a supplier that has a better price than ours. For instance, we would not honor the shipping rate. We will gladly see what we can do to cater to your needs. Just remember, all products are different quality.

Promotions are offered every now and then and we honor our promotions 100% if they are from our original marketing team. Please call in for promotions at the time if you cannot find any and a customer service representative will gladly assist you. If not, you can email and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information here. Here, you can change your name, shipping address, billing information and email. This is all automated and only you can see this information through our secure SSL website.
