Q: Why should I Buy from DALIX? 

A: DALIX is a company that values working hard. We strive to provide all our customers with what they need, every single day. We have been in business since 2011, so we have a lot of experience with online retail. We are located in Sunny Southern California, USA and warehouse our own products. Rest assured we will be available to answer any questions anytime, rain or shine.

Q: When will my order be shipped out?

A: We ship within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed, and payment has been cleared.

Q: Where do you Embroider your Designs?

A: We believe in quality embroidery. We embroider all of our goods right here in the USA, and make sure they are made with the highest specifications possible. This ensures you will get a vibrantly and great looking, decorated item.

Q: Are you located in the USA?

Yes, we are located in Rancho Cucamonga, California, 91730, about 40-50 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles.

Q: Is it safe to order from DALIX online?

A: Yes, we are currently using Shopify, a reputable online commerce platform. We use SSL(Secure Socket Layer) throughout our website. SSL means that your online experience is encrypted and safe from hackers while your are on the site.

We do the following to ensure your order is taken seriously and safely.

  • Verifying billing street address
  • Verifying credit card details against given billing address

Q: What Payment Methods are Accepted?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Venmo, and Paypal. If you would like to pay with another method please give us a call and we will be happy to help!

Q: My item arrived damaged or incomplete, what do I do?

A: Give us a call or email at (888)-693-2549 or cs@dalix.com and we can promptly handle your inquiry with a reshipment or refund.

Q: Do you Ship Internationally?

A: Yes, We offer shipping to over 60 countries. The shipping is rated based on your region, but free shipping is offered for all products sold in the United States.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?

A: Most of our products are made in China. Our Embellishment business resides in the United States.

Q: Do you offer personal customization for caps and tote bags?

A: We currently do not offer personal customization, but we are working on this capability since many customers are requesting this.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

A: We currently do offer wholesale pricing, please email cs@dalix.com or wholesale@dalix.com for more information.

Q: Are there any coupon codes I can use?

A: There are some coupon codes out on the internet for DALIX discounts. If your coupon code has expired, you can give us a call to see what our customer service representatives can do for you. Why not?

Q: Can I pick up my Order?

A: We currently do not offer local pickup or will call and we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

Q: Can I use my own Fedex, UPS account for shipping?

A: We currently do not offer this capability.

Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?

A: Overnight Shipping requests are generally not accepted. However if you really need a product quickly please give us a call as early as possible. We are in the office by 8:00 AM PST.
