Where is Dalix located? 

We are located in City of Industry, California, 91744, about 20 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles.

Where does Dalix Embroider their Clothing & Accessories?

We believe in quality embroidery. We embroider all of our goods right here in the USA, and make sure they are made with the highest specifications possible. This ensures you will receive a vibrant and great looking, decorated item. We have 1000's of designs for you to choose from, and welcome any feedback. All of our designs are made to order daily!

Where does Dalix Screen Print their Clothing & Accessories?

We have invested heavily into production equipment in California. We print all our goods in the USA. We also design all our products in-house, so you can rest assured you are getting a genuine Dalix product, and quality printed shirts , hats , masks , and all other items! All of our designs are made to order daily!

Where are Dalix products manufactured?

Dalix Hats and Bags are made in China. Our Cloth Face Masks and Garments / T-shirts are Made in the USA. Our Embellishment (Print and Embroidery) businesses reside in the United States, onsite in our Warehouse.

Where does Dalix manufacture Face Masks?

We have clothing manufacturing production equipment in California for our Masks, this ensures safety. We cut, print, embroider, alter and sew all here in the USA.

Does Dalix offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, if you are interested in becoming a reseller, please email wholesale@dalix.com

My item arrived damaged or incomplete, what do I do?

Call (888)-693-2549 or email hello@dalix.com and will promptly handle your inquiry with a reshipment or refund

Payments

Is it safe to order from Dalix online?

Yes, we are currently using Shopify, a reputable online e-commerce platform. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) throughout our website. SSL means that your online experience is encrypted and safe from hackers and bad actors while your are on the Dalix website.

We do the following to ensure your order is taken seriously and safely.

  • Verifying billing street address
  • Verifying credit card details against given billing address
  • Call you if we find the possibility of a fraudulent order

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Venmo, and PayPal. If you would like to pay with another method please give us a call and we will be happy to help!

Free Shipping (USA Orders).

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes, We ship internationally. We ship by DHL and take care of all duties and taxes so you can buy and recieve with ease.

Can I pick up my Order?

We currently do not offer local pickup or will call and we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I use my own Fedex, UPS, or Other account for shipping?

We currently do not offer this capability.

 

Returns
